Mangalore : CBCI Youth Commission Chairman visits Diocesan Youth Office
Mangalore, Aug 25 : Most Rev. Dr. Leo Cornelio, Archbishop of Bhopal and the Chairman of CBCI Youth Commission visited "Yuva Jyothi", the diocesan Youth Office on 22nd August, 2009 at 4pm. He was accompanied by RYD'S, RYLA'S and National Executive Committee (NEXCO).
Diocesan Youth President, Mr. Leo Pereira welcomed the Archbishop. DYD Rev. Fr. Anil explained 62 years of youth work to the team. Archbishop addressed the DEXCO and appreciated the hard work of the youth and the director. He urged them to work for the success of 3rd NEGB (National Extraordinary General Body Meeting) which will be held on November 5th to 8th, 2009 at Divine Call- Mulky, Mangalore diocese.
Archbishop was here for the preparatory meeting of the 3rd NEGB. Rev. Fr. Alwyn D'Souza- the Executive secretary of CBCI Youth Commission and National Youth director, Sr. Edelberg- National Youth Lady Animator, Mr. Sajish- National ICYM youth president, Rev. Fr. Franklin- RYD of KR Region were present on the occasion.
