Beltangady Diocesan Youth Convention 'Ephatha 2009' held
Beltangady, Oct 2- 2009 : On 26th, 27th and 28th of September- 2009, a youth convention named 'Ephatha 2009' was organized by the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) unit of Belthangady diocese at the diocesan pastoral center.
Bishop Lawrence Mukuzhy of Belthangady diocese, the National Youth President- Mr. Sajish, the Regional Youth President- Mr. Pramod and Regional Female Representative- Ms. Sharyl were present for this convention.
Various competitions were conducted for the youth. The youth who have contributed to the diocese were awarded and also three well known personalities were also recognized and felicitated during the convention.
More then 350 youth particpated in this programme.
