Holy Family parish of Chitradurga, Diocese of Shimoga celebrated its annual feast on 7th February 2021 at 6pm.

Fr Alphonse Nelson D'Souza , Assistant Parish Priest of Our Lady of Assumption Church, Hiriyur  was the main celebrant. In his homily, he enlightened the faithful on the 3rd Encyclical of Pope Francis "Fratelli Tutti" (we are all brothers and sisters). He stressed that our families should be based upon the values of the Gospel. It is the need of the hour for us to respond to this call of the Pope in our day-to-day witnessing. 12 priests of Holy Family Deanery and Little Flower Deanery concelebrated.

Parish Priest of Holy Family parish as well as Dean of Holy Family Deanery Rev. Fr Barthalomeo Lancy D'Souza thanked everyone who helped in making the feast successful. Meal was served for the gathering.
