Bengaluru, November 3, 2024 : On November 1, 2024, Logos Retreat Center in Bengaluru organized a one-day convention conducted entirely in Kannada to offer prayers for the welfare of the state of Karnataka and its citizens in conjunction with the state's Kannada Rajyotsava celebration.

Convention began at 9:30pm and concluded at 5:30pm. Resource team for Convention consisted of Logos Director Fr Jose Vettiyankal VC, Logos Kannada Incharge Fr George Varghese VC, Regional Renewal Services Spiritual Director Fr Franklin D'Souza from the Diocese of Shimoga, Bro. Mohan from Bengaluru, Bro. Mahime Raj, National Service of Communion member and National Intercession Incharge also Logos Kannada Section Coordinator from Bengaluru and Logos team led the music ministry.

The program commenced at 09:30 hours with the recitation of the Rosary by the Logos team. From 10:00 to 10:30 hours, Brother Mohan delivered a presentation. Subsequently, from 10:30 to 11:30 hours, Father Franklin D'Souza provided an insightful discourse on Hebrews 5:7-12, focusing on the theme of "Obedience in Prayer." During his address, he paid tribute to Brother T. K. George and offered prayers for repose of his soul. From 11:45 to 12:45 hours, Brother Mahime Raj led the Intercession, during which Logos intercessors fervently prayed for the fulfillment of the fourteen intentions in various languages. Following the conclusion of the prayers and necessary instructions, a delectable lunch was served to all participants.

At 1:30 p.m., Brother Abhishek and his team led the Praise and Worship segment. From 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., Father George Varghese delivered a talk. At 3 p.m., Father Jose Vettiyankal conducted the healing and anointing adoration. At 4:30 p.m., Father Franklin D'Souza officiated the Holy Eucharist.

Father George VC, Head of the Kannada Section of Logos Retreat Centre, expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the one-day Convention.

The retreat concluded at 5:30 p.m.
