October 14, 2020 : Shimoga Diocesan Charismatic Renewal Service office "Jeevodaya" held one day Intercessory day at Infant Jesus Church, Sharavatinagar, Shivamogga. Intercession was led by Diocesan Spiritual Director Fr Franklin D'Souza.

Intercession was held in the view of celebration of 50 years of renewal services in India in 2022. National Service Communion (NSC) is praying 1000 days Intercession. Month of October is the turn of 14 Dioceses of Karnataka. October 14 &15 was the turn of Diocese of Shimoga.

Intercession began at 9:30am and ended at 1:30pm. At 1pm Fr Franklin D'Souza offered the Eucharist.

Around twenty Intercessors prayed for the success of golden jubilee of NSC and also eradication of Corona Pandemic.

Fr Franklin D'Souza thanked Fr Stephen Maxi Albuquerque and Fr Joy Andrade for organizing the Intercessory day at their parish.
