June 10, 2017: One day teacher's orientation program by Fr Franklin D'Souza at Davanagere Lourdes Boys School from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Program began with lighting of the lamp. Fr Steven D'sa HM as well as manager and correspondence welcomed the resource person Fr Franklin. Fr Franklin took three very inspiring sessions. First session was on Self-Esteem and second on three types of people who are they? Where do we stand? and third one Paradigm of winning through sincerity, trust and hard work. Mr Innaih thanked Fr Franklin on behalf of teachers. Fr Steven D'Sa was also present and appreciated Fr Franklin for his conviction and inspiration.
