March 23, 2022 : Assumption English High School, Hiriyur, Chitradurga District, Diocese of Shimoga organised a Farewell function for SSLC students.

Prayer was led by Assumption teachers. Manager and correspondent Fr Franklin D'Souza inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. Ms. Sridevi welcomed the dignitaries: Manager and Correspondent of Assumption school; Rev.Fr Franklin D'Souza.
Chief guests : Rev.Fr Nelson D'Souza - HM of Assumption English High School, Sr. Socrinha Lorenzo - HM of Assumption English Higher Primary School , Sr. Alwyn - HM of Assumption Kannada Higher Primary School and Mr. Henry Crasta, HM of Assumption Kannada High school.

VIII & IX standard students entertained the outgoing X students. Students Mudduraj, Namana, Muruli Krishna, Pallavi. G. S. shared their opinions. From the teachers side, Sir Raghavendra expressed his views and opinions about the outgoing batch.

Fr Franklin D'Souza distributed the Mementos to the SSLC Students. Fr Franklin in his speech wished every success to the outgoing students and blessed them.

Fr Nelson D'Souza appreciated the contribution of the SSLC batch in dedicated service as well as generosity.

Ms. Sheela thanked the dignitaries and all those who worked for the success of the farewell program.
