Shivamogga, October 7, 2024: The Diocese of Shimoga organized a Marriage Preparation Course from October 4 to 6, 2024, at Sannidhi, Shivamogga.

The course commenced at 9:30 am on October 4, 2024, and concluded on October 6 at 1:00 pm.

Various resource persons assisted the participants. On October 5, at 4:15 pm, Fr. Franklin D'Souza conducted a session titled "Marriage is a Covenant and Sacrament." Subsequently, at 7:00 pm, he prepared the participants for Confessions. Fr. Pius D'Souza, Fr. Venil D'Silva, Fr. Roshan Pinto, Fr. Simon Pinto, and Fr. Santhosh Pereira assisted in the confessional.

Rev. Fr. Venil D'Silva, Director of the Family Commission of the Diocese of Shimoga, organized the program.

There were 30 participants.
