Shivamogga, March 17, 2025: on March 16th, St. Anthony's Church, Ragigudda, hosted a special Taizé prayer service in collaboration with the ICYM and YCS/YSM of the parish, creating an evening of deep devotion and spiritual reflection. The event began at 5:30 p.m. with a peaceful Rosary prayer, which set the atmosphere for a calm and prayerful gathering. Following the Rosary, the Holy Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. David Dellario, offering the congregation a moment of sacred communion and spiritual nourishment.

At 6:30 p.m., the highlight of the evening, the Taizé prayer, began. Deacon Nishanth Anthony D'Costa led this special session with great reverence, assisted by the parish choir. The prayer session, marked by its contemplative silence and meditative hymns, brought together hundreds of parishioners in a deep connection with God. The prayer's simplicity and tranquility provided a meaningful spiritual experience for all involved, fostering a sense of peace and unity within the community.

The prayer session concluded around 8:30 p.m., leaving participants with a sense of spiritual fulfillment. After the final blessing, food was served to all attendees, allowing everyone to come together in fellowship and share a meal.
