Shivamogga, Tirthahalli, March 18, 2023: Second day's Lenten Retreat at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Tirthahalli, Diocese of Shimoga began at 9am with Holy Rosary led by Prolife Manjula Joy. At 9:20am Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. Harshith Castelino led the Praise and Worship.

At 10am Prolife Manjula Joy spoke on "importance of life". At 10:45am Bro. T. K. George spoke on "Sin and its Consequences". At 12pm Fr Franklin D'Souza spoke on "How Holy Spirit sustains us in our faith". He based his teachings on John 5: 4-10, Col 1:13-14, 2 Tim 1:7, Eph 6:10-18, 1 Cor 12:1-11 & Gal 5:22-23.

Lunch was served for all at 1pm.

At 1:45pm Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. Harshith Castelino led the Praise and Worship. At 2:30pm Bro. T. K. George spoke on "Family is the gift of God". At 3:30pm Fr Franklin D'Souza led the healing adoration.

At 4:30pm Fr Franklin D'Souza celebrated Holy Eucharist together with Fr Stephen Maxi Albuquerque and Deacon Devasya.

Retreat concluded at 5pm.
