April 1, 2025: The second day's retreat at St. Theresa of Kolkata Church, Paldane, Mangalore, began at 5:00 p.m. with praise and worship led by Fr. Franklin D'Souza and Bro. John D'Souza.

At 5:30 p.m., confessions were organized. Ten priests helped in the confessionals. Meanwhile, Prolife Manjula Joy led the preparation for confession. At 6:45 p.m., Fr. Franklin D'Souza continued the adoration. He spoke on how to overcome crises in one's life, basing his teaching on John 5:1-14. He prayed for the sick and suffering.

At 7:45 p.m., he celebrated Holy Eucharist. The retreat concluded at 8:30 p.m.
