Good Friday: April 18th 2014 Mount Carmel Parish, Bowenpally, Secunderabad commemorated passion and death of Lord Jesus in unique way. 30 Youth of the parish practised passion play for forty days in the lent under the able guidance of Parish Priest Fr. Gnana Reddy.  Passion play began at 6.45 am thousands of people gathered to witness last journey of Jesus. This was well enacted by the youth. Everyone was moved by their acting. At 9am there was a procession with crosses in the hands of those who came for passion play. Fr. Lewis blessed the procession. After the procession at 10 am ICYM National Youth Director Fr. Franklin D’Souza, conducted healing service near the cross. From the 10:30am to 12pm reflection on last seven words of Jesus was organised in the Church. From 12-2pm Fr. Franklin conducted special session for the Youth of the parish.
