February 20, 2015: Retreat began with the inaugural ceremony. Parish Council Secretary Mr. Prakash led the program. Parish Priest Fr. Salvadore welcomed the retreat team. Dean of the Deanery Fr. Anacletus Parish Priest of Hosad Parish inaugurated the Retreat by lighting the lamp. Bro. William led the Praise and Worship. Bro. T. K. George preached on “Prayer, Praise and Blessings”. At 12 pm Fr. Franklin D’Souza celebrated Holy Eucharist and preached on “Lenten season is to strengthen our lives according to God’s commandments”. He explained Isaiah 58 chapter in connection with Mathew 25:31-46. He explained real meaning of fasting and prayer. After the lunch Bro. T. K. George explained “How we lost glory of God, through creation story”. At 4 pm Fr. Franklin led healing adoration and healing service together with Bro. T. K. George. 1500 people took part in the retreat.
