National level

February 2, 2014; Kanara Cultural Association (KCA) had organised one day picnic cum pilgrimage to Our Lady of Sardana Shrine, Sardana, Meeruth. KCA President Mr. Elias Pinto led the pilgrimage. Fr. Franklin D’Souza accompanied the group. There were 52 faithful with the group. As we reached Sardana, Fr. John Mendonca Parish Priest welcomed us. After the tea we prayed near the miraculous grotto.

Then Fr. Franklin celebrated Holy Mass in Konkani for the pilgrims at the shrine and he conducted special healing prayers for the group. After the lunch group had relaxing time with some games. KCA Secretary Mr. Prashanth D’Souza thanked everyone. Then the group returned back to Delhi. It was a great faith experience to all those who travelled.
