February 19th, 2015: 4th day of retreat at Satyavani Dhyan Kendra began at 9.30am with Rosary. There after Bro. William D’Souza and Bro. T. K. George led the faithful in to Praise and Worship. At 10.30 a.m. Bro. T. K. George took a talk on “Family life as a mission from God”. Bro. William translated the talk from Kannada to Konkani. At 1 p.m. Fr. Franklin D’Souza celebrated Holy Eucharist and preached on “Holy Spirit is gift of God, we have to sustain his gift through obedience”. At 3 p.m. infilling of the Holy Spirit session was conducted by the team. Fr. Franklin and Bro. T. K. George both led the special prayers for Children, Youth, Couples, Religious, Satyavani Prayer Team members as well as for singles (widows and widowers) were held. Retreat concluded with anointing prayer for the faithful at 5 p.m. Bro. Wilson Carvalho on behalf of Satyavani Prayer Team thanked Fr. Franklin, Bro. T. K. George and Bro. William. Total attendance for the retreat for four days 3000 faithful.
From 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm priests heard the confessions. 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm healing adoration was conducted by the team. At 4 pm Most Rev. Peter Machado, Bishop of Belagaum celebrated mass and prayed for the faithful. Fr. Franklin D’Souza, Fr. Jacob Carvalho, Fr. Augustine concelebrated the mass. After the mass Bro. Wilson Carvalho thanked the retreat team and Bishop Peter Machado felicitated the preachers.
