Fr Franklin D'Souza preached retreat at Stella Maris Church, Kalmadi, Diocese of Udupi

June 22, 2024: Fr Franklin D'Souza, Youth Director of Diocese of Shimoga preached retreat at Stella Maris Church, Kalmadi, Diocese of Udupi.

At 9am Bro. John D'Souza led the Rosary, Praise and Worship. At 9:40am Parish Priest Rev. Fr Baptist Menezes welcomed Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. John D'Souza. Then Fr Franklin D'Souza continued the Praise and Worship. At 10am he preached on Mathew 6:1-24 & II Chronicles 20:1-20.
At 11am he led the healing adoration. He based his adoration on Isaiah 38:1 - 20. Many experienced healing touch of thr Lord Jesus.

At 12pm he celebrated Holy Eucharist together with Fr Baptist Menezes. End of the Mass Fr Baptist Menezes thanked Fr Franklin D'Souza, Bro. John D'Souza and then led the Novena of Our Lady of Vailankanni. Both the priests led the anointed faithful with the Blessed oil and prayed over the pilgrims.

Food was served for all the faithful.

Stella Maris Shrine, Kalmadi, Diocese of Udupi conducts every Saturday special preaching, healing adoration and Novena from 9am to 12:30pm.
