Belagavi, December 9, 2024: The Immaculate Conception Church in Camp, Belagavi, held its annual feast day Mass on December 8th at 5:30 p.m. Fr. Franklin D'Souza, Diocesan Youth Director of Shimoga, served as the principal celebrant, delivering a homily emphasizing responsive obedience to God's Word and the exemplary roles of Mary and key biblical figures such as Abraham, Moses, Joshua, and John the Baptist. His discourse highlighted the Blessed Virgin Mary's role and the operation of divine grace within her. 

 

A nine-day novena preceding the feast commenced on November 29th, with multiple priests assisting in the daily Masses and homilies. 

 

Parish Priest Fr. Joe expressed his gratitude to Fr. Franklin D'Souza and the twenty-five concelebrants, as well as to all who contributed to the event's success.
