March 8th 2014; fourth day retreat began at 3:30pm with rosary. From 4pm to 5pm Fr. Franklin preached on ‘Mary our Mother and Mother of the Church’.  He explained with biblical reference, from Luke 1:26-56, John 2:1-11, the role of Mother Mary in the Salvation Plan of God. At 5 pm he began Holy Mass. During homily he preached on “Build a Eucharistic Community with forgiveness and love”. He stressed the importance of Holy Mass as well as forgiveness. At 7pm he conducted the anointing as well as healing adoration. He specially prayed for Children, Youth, Couples, Parish associations, Religious and priests and widows and widowers. Prayer was really heart touching. He prayed a prayer of anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Fr. Melwyn D’Souza, Assistant Parish Priest thanked Fr. Franklin for preaching an inspiring retreat. He also thanked all those who helped for the retreat.
