August 30th 2019; Fr Franklin D'Souza blessed and hoisted the flag of Harihar Matha Shrine at Harihar. Sr. Anthony Mary, Mother General of CIC, Mr. Ramappa MLA, Mr. Shiva Shankar Ex MLA were present. Rector of the Shrine Rev. Dr. Anthony Peter Welcomed the dignitaries and thanked them.

Then Fr Franklin D'Souza offered Holy Eucharist and Preached a homily on "Mother and her responsibility".
