Diocesanal Level

January 5, 2020; Senior citizens day was organised in Our Lady of Assumption Church Hiriyur, Diocese of Shimoga. The cultural programme was organised by the Y.C.S students of Assumption church. Assistant Parish Priest Fr Alphonse Nelson D'Souza blessed the program. Thirty elderly people were honored during the programme by him. All the elderly opined that it was a great gesture of love towards them.
