December 23,2022: Assumption School celebrated Christmas at Assumption School Grounds. Program began at 8:30am.

Fr Franklin D’Souza, Mangalore and Corresspondent was present for the programme. Sr. Alwyn, HM Assumption Kannada Primary School, Sr. Martha, HM of Assumption English Primary School, Mr. Henry Crasta, HM of Assumption Kannada High School and Fr Alphonse Nelson D'Souza, HM of Assumption English High School were on the Dias.

Special guests were Mrs. Mart D’Souza and Mrs. Irudaya Mary got retired from their services. Teacher Mr. Jitendra welcomed the dignitaries. Then the students performed dances on Christmas Message.

Fr Franklin D’Souza, together with Fr Nelson D'Souza and as well as the staff, felicitated Mrs. Mary D'Souza for their thirty years of services in the School.

Fr Franklin D’Souza, in his message appreciated the selfless services of both of the retiring personels.

In his Christmas message Fr Franklin D’Souza shares real meaning of Christmas. He said that Christmas invites us to love one another, to be humble and to be simple like Jesus in our daily lives. We need to live by values of the Gospel and uphold them. We have to give up all that is contrary to attain God's Kingdom. We should strive to live a good life as per God's guidance.

Cake was distributed to all. Ms. Amulya Olivera thanked everyone.
