Shivamogga, June 17, 2024: On June 15th evening 5:30pm Sacred Heart Cathedral, Shivamogga organised inauguration of the Sunday Catechism.

Rev. Fr Franklin D'Souza, Diocesan Youth Director of Diocese of Shimoga celebrated inaugural Holy Eucharist together with Rev. Fr Stany D'Souza, Parish Priest of Sacred Heart Cathedral, Shivamogga.

Fr Stany D'Souza preached a homily based on importance of catechism.

After the profession of faith, Fr Stany D'Souza led the Oath taking ceremony for the Catechism Teachers.

180 Catholic children are registered for Sunday Catechism.
