Davanagere, July 8, 2024: St. Thomas Church, Davanagere, Diocese of Shimoga celebrated its Annual feast on July 7th. Three days Novena was organised at the Parish.
On July 6th Fr Franklin D'Souza, Diocesan Youth Director led the Holy Eucharist at 5:30pm. Then there was a Chariot procession of St. Thomas in the main streets of Davanagere. Fr Franklin D'Souza together with the Church Choir led the prayer service throughout the procession. At the end of the procession at 8:30pm Fr Franklin D'Souza led the healing adoration and prayed for the faithful gathered.
Parish Priest Rev. Fr Anthony Nazareth welcomed and thanked Rev. Fr Franklin D'Souza. Rev. Fr Alvin Stanislaus was present for the Holy Eucharist and for the procession.
