June 6, 2024: Sisters of Assumption Church Convent and Sisters of Vedavatinagar Convent, Hiriyur organised Farewell Program for Fr Franklin D'Souza and Fr Nelson D'Souza on June 6th at 6:30pm.
Fr Franklin D'Souza offered Holy Eucharist and thanked God for all the blessings that they experienced here at Hiriyur. Fr Nelson D'Souza preached a homily.
After the Mass Sr. Elsamma, Superior of Church Convent and Sr. Roopa Superior of Vedavatinagar St. Anne's Convent thanked Fr Franklin D'Souza and Fr Nelson D'Souza for their selfless services for their community.
Sisters organised Farewell dinner at 7:30pm.
Fr Franklin D'Souza is transferred as the Diocesan Director for Vocation and Youth Commission, with residence at Sacred Heart Cathedral Campus Shivamogga and Fr Nelson D'Souza is transferred as HM of Loyola High School and incharge of Sacred Heart English Medium School, Sacred Heart Cathedral Campus, Shivamogga
