Shivamogga, February 15, 2025: The second day of the third annual Karnataka Regional Service of Communion (KRSC) orientation program commenced at 7:00 a.m. on February 15th at Sannidhi, Shivamogga, with praise and worship led by Brother Bala Cyril and Brother Elias Coelho. Following this, Father Joachim Monteiro exposed the Blessed Sacrament, and Brother Cherian Ramapuram led the adoration. Brother Thomas Chinnappa provided translation services. Participants offered insights inspired by the Lord Jesus.

At 8:45 a.m., after the breakfast session, the meeting resumed with praise and worship. Then, at 9:15 a.m., Brother Anthony Sagayaraj spoke on "Facing Challenges with the Grace of God in Jesus' Way." Brother Thomas Chinnappa provided translation from English to Kannada. He spoke from a biblical perspective about how Abraham, Moses, Joshua, David, and the Lord Jesus himself faced challenges and how they overcame them with the power of God. He gave his own testimony, recounting how the Lord helped him overcome challenges during his 45 years in ministry. He invited the leaders to walk in Christ's way, not their own. Time was given for clarifications and insights from the participants.

After the tea break session, which concluded at 11:00 a.m. with praise and worship, Brother Cherian Ramapuram, KRSC Coordinator, spoke at 11:30 a.m. on "Our weaknesses as leaders, fear of competition and authority, and correction through humility." Drawing on his own experiences, he discussed the weaknesses of renewal leaders and suggested biblical ways to overcome these tendencies with humility. Time was given for clarification and insights from participants.

After lunch at 2:30 p.m., Br. Mathew led the praise and worship. Then, at 3:00 p.m., participants were divided into various small groups for sharing. Everyone shared their God experiences as well as their concerns and challenges. At 4:00 p.m., each group presented its findings to the whole group.

After the tea break at 5 p.m., Praise and Worship was led by KRSC. At 5:30 p.m., Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao, S.J., Bishop of the Diocese of Shimoga, gave a session on "Sacraments." He explained to the leaders the importance of the sacraments, specifically he enlightened the participants on the Sacrament of Baptism. He celebrated Holy Eucharist at 7 p.m. In his sermon, he spoke on "the Jubilee Year and the Mission of the Laity in the Church."

After supper at 8:45 a.m., Confessions were organised at the Main chapel. KRSC Spiritual Director Fr. Franklin D'Souza led the group in the sacrament of Reconciliation. The day ended with benediction.
