Bhadravati, December 4, 2024: On December 2, 2024, Rev. Fr Franklin D'Souza, Diocesan Youth Director of Shimoga, presided over the fifth day of the novena at Mary Immaculate Church, Newtown, Bhadravati. 

 

He celebrated the Holy Eucharist at 6:00 PM, delivering a homily focused on the Blessed Mother's role as the Mother of the sick and suffering, emphasizing God's healing power and the inspirational lives of saints who performed miracles through their faith in Jesus Christ. Father D'Souza concluded by urging the congregation to heed God's guidance and follow His path, offering a concluding prayer. 

 

Following the Mass, Rev. Fr Lancy Barthalomeo D'Souza, Parish Priest, led the procession and novena prayers, expressing gratitude to Rev.Fr Franklin D'Souza for his contribution to the spiritual well-being of the parishioners.
